FEI's reaction to the IDRC on who should be on the Dressage Committee
In a surprise letter from the FEI following the IDRC General Assembly's decision to exclude the two members that were standing against the IDRC candidate for the position of riders representative on the Dressage Committee, Ingmar De Vos, FEI Secretary General, has escalated the issue to a legal 'ping-pong' battle seemingly at the expense of sorting out the fundamental problem of "should riders be able to decide who they want to represent them in the Dressage Committee?"
In light of the extreme riders' interest in this subject and in the spirit of open communication the full text of both parties is included.
